I know among 70% of us have no clue what is the difference between a 32 bit and 64 bit operating system, we not even that which is better and what are its disadvantages and advantages. So lets see the main difference between the two and their reality.......

  First we must know what does the word 32 bit and 64 bit means, this by common sense we can infer that it refers to the space kind of something. very true, the bit(32 or 64) depends upon your processor. It is said that 64 bit is better and faster but a bit costlier, yes thats true, by bits refers to the width of the CPU’s register. More specifically, it means that CPU has some kind of buffer memory which is indeed very small(bits), this space is used for some very important data storage that needs to be processed even before the RAM comes into play, this register contains the set of commands on which the processor functions, this is were the "programing of processor" takes place and the commands are stored, hence greater the space, faster it would be for the processor to set the commends and even excess the data from RAM to the RAM, this indirectly results in limiting the amount of ram that we can install in our mother board. A CPU with a 32-bit register, for example, has a ceiling of 2³² addresses within the register and is thus limited to accessing 4GB of RAM.  Got the point? This is the reason as to why many times we are unable to install 6 or 8 gb ram even if our mother is compatible, The thing that need to be compatible is actually the processor and its registry. With the coming up of 64 bit processor and the operating system, it made us possible to install ram more than 192 gb of ram, this is the limit because you even need an operating system to work with ram, and till now windows 7 ultimate helps most with 192 gb supporting capability of ram, and rest or less (even professional supports the same). After having known this, lets see what are the advantages and disadvantages of 64 bit architecture operating system and processor(processor have no dram back, so only we will talk on operating system.

Advantages of 64 bit OS

        1. Highly boasted Efficiently It is very - very fast and smooth running, if the software is compatible, it will never hang-up in between, it is best for the ram hungry beasts like Virtual box, and games such as Crysis.

Disadvantages of 64 bit OS

        1. Hardware Compatibility: It was seen a 3-4 years ago that the hardwares have great problem with this kind of OS as they were not compatible to it, and the update of the drivers were not helping. But today we always have to drivers given for different OS according our need.

2.      Software Compatibility: Many softwares specially the demos and light weight once did not match the compatibility, but many of them were made run by the help of new OS(ultimate), but still some problems still arrive that are unsolvable.

   2.Mother paradox: It is quite usually seen that not all the mother support 64 bit processor, so if even you want to upgrade to 64 bit, you will have to spend some fortune fro a new motherboard and processor.as now they generally come attached to each other and not separate.

At last I would like to conclude saying that thou 64 bit have certain driver and compatibility issues yet its advantages are enough to win over our hearts.

The long wait for the new android update is now over, this month we are going to have the new update for your smartphones..the KITKAT(ANDROID 4.4). It was the mostly  rumored news these weeks that new new version will be directly android 5(i will post regarding it this week), and it will certainly have some standards due to which on many devices it would not work, which caused a long battle and critism which then caused the delay in the new upadates. Then it was decided that a new update will be given in association with nestle, named KITKAT, which will work on the poorest smartphones given, by that i mean that it will work swiftly on 500mb rams, so will not have to change your set, but rather you can have  your old sets upgrated to the latest once. 

What are the new updates?

That is something that is still kept secret, we dont have a complete idea about it, but the interface is quite changed and lightly colored, the images here show their leaked pictures...... 

The new android will be coming this month, and the expected changes are that firstly it will be having some better security solution as jelly bean only innovated the best thing was multi account system, the ram requirement will be less so now you can enjoy more and more applications at the same time without skipping the earlier once like we had to do in the earlier versions of it. The best thing that applies to me , will be that due to lesser contraction of the screen and low ram requirements , the set will consume the least amount of battery possible, giving us the opportunity to view the thing for a greater time without eating up all.

I know after Microsoft buying nokia, we are having some hope from symbian. But is it worth it? Or we are still going to have our smartfones loaded with android, both have some advantages and disadvantages....so which is better? Android or symbian? Which is worth investing? Lets find out...

Advantages of Symbian on android and windows....

 

To be really fair, we all know that android is sluggish, it requires a lot of ram for running, if you want it to run like butter then you must atleast have a ram of 1gb, below this the latest android wont work. Here symbian is a relief, latest symbian updates are just like android, highly graphical, but is does not eatup all that amount of ram, due to which symbians are more easy going then to android.

The second factor is battery, all of us are sick of the amount of energy consumed by the phones which have android installed, it is because they generally continue to perform certain tasks which may not be necessary for the time, due to this the battery is eaten up by the device, on the other hand symbian is the most well maintained software which you can rely on that the battery will work just double as compared to symbian and more then windows.

The Third thing is the stability factor of the software. In this the most stable is proven  by windows and the least is android. Windows operating software are made with highly encrypted language, hence are very protected from birth

Advantage of Android

The main thing present in android which is in non other is its connecting capability....It connects with wifi as if a computer has just connected, it creates adhoc connections which non other can dream of, these things makes android best social firmware.

The second most important thing is that the amount of applications available for android are so many and so usefull, that if symbian and windows are combined, they still cant get there.

This capability also increases when it performs as an open source. That is that we can alter the android as we like in our way without any risk, it is highly modifiable, and flexible, but you better don’t try it with Symbian or else it will result into what is called as briked phone. I am one of the sufferers cause I dared to do so, and lost 15000 bucks behind it, I dare no more, and neither suggest you to do that…….
